Description
Erosion Oil creates a uniform dielectric layer between the electrode and the workpiece in electroerosion benches, ensuring that discharges that cause erosion produce maximum energy and therefore the part is processed in the most perfect way. It is extremely suitable for very precise and fine machining of small parts. It has high oxidation stability. It provides the most suitable dielectric property in EDM (Electro Discharge Machining) processes. It has a low viscosity for rapid removal of processing residues. It produces low volatility and less smoke generation. It conducts superior heat. It has extraordinary oxidation stability thanks to the antioxidants it contains. It undergoes minimal color change. It is not toxic.
