WINKEL PRO 5W18 is a medium strength sealing and gasketing product developed for rigid flange connections. Provides high impermeability when exposed to instantaneous low pressure. When the product is applied between metal gears and in the absence of air, it cures by reacting. It is widely used for sealing different metal material combinations, especially aluminum flanges. It is suitable for vertical surfaces and overhead applications. It has temperature resistance up to 150 ° C. Usage: The parts to be applied should be dry, clean and free of oil. Surface cleaning with WINKEL PRO Fast Cleaner is recommended. Apply the product on the thread or gasket surface and combine the parts (male and female parts). After tightening the gears, do not move them during the drying period. System max. Wait for the complete drying time (24 hours) before operating in conditions. Complete drying takes maximum 24 hours depending on the type of metal. If the application temperature is below + 5 ° C, the drying time can be accelerated by using WINKEL PRO Anaerobic Activator.
